Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
When you create a seller account we collect: your full name, phone number, optional WhatsApp number, optional email address, a password (stored only as a one-way bcrypt hash) and a photo or PDF of your national ID document. We also record basic technical data (IP address, browser type) to protect the service from abuse.
2. Why we collect it
We use your information to verify your identity, prevent fraud, contact you about your account and listings, and comply with legal obligations. Your national ID is used solely for verification and is never published.
3. What we never do
We never sell your personal data. We never share your ID document with buyers or third parties. We never ask for your password by phone, SMS or WhatsApp — anyone who does is a scammer.
4. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and anti-fraud obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the Agency.
5. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt; documents are stored outside the public web root; all traffic is served over HTTPS; and access to stored documents is restricted to authorized staff.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data. Contact the Agency by WhatsApp or phone using the contact published on the platform.
