1. Seller accounts
To list a property you must create a verified seller account. You agree to provide true and accurate information, including your full name, a valid Liberian phone number and a national ID document for identity verification. The Agency may reject or suspend accounts that cannot be verified.
2. Verification
Every listing is reviewed by the Agency before it is published. Listings that pass review receive a VERIFIED badge. Verification confirms, to the best of the Agency's ability, that the property exists and that the seller controls it. The Agency is not a guarantor of title.
3. Duty to report
You must mark a listing as sold, rented or removed within 48 hours of a sale or rental agreement. Keeping stale listings live misleads buyers and may result in account suspension.
4. Fees
Listing is free. When a deal closes, the Agency earns a commission as agreed at listing time: rentals 10% of one month's rent; sales and land 3–5% of the price; commercial 1–2%. Buyers pay a booking deposit of $20–$50 to confirm serious interest; the deposit counts toward commission on close and is refunded if no deal is reached.
5. Acceptable use
You may not post fraudulent, misleading or unlawful content; impersonate others; or use the platform to launder money or facilitate any crime. The Agency may remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from listings, transactions or use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
